Refund Policy
Our refund terms for the Social Growth Program and agency services.

1. Social Growth Program — 14-day guarantee
If you enroll in the Self-Paced or Coached program and it isn't right for you, email support@consultchurch.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
2. VIP 1:1 program
VIP enrollments are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no 1:1 sessions have taken place. After the first session, VIP fees are non-refundable.
3. Payment plans
If you are on a payment plan and receive a refund within the guarantee window, remaining installments are canceled. Outside the window, you remain responsible for remaining installments.
4. Agency services
Agency fees cover work scheduled for the billing period and are non-refundable once that period begins. If you cancel with proper notice, you won't be billed for future periods.
5. Advertising spend
Ad spend is paid to the advertising platforms and is not refundable by us.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@consultchurch.com with your name, purchase email and order date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
